  3. What is the ad trying to accomplish with its design? The ad is trying to accomplish simplicity and make the advertisement clear. They are representing the way that a kindle e-reader looks. Ultimately, they are hoping to get readers to buy a kindle e-reader.
  4. How has the design used: The ad shows contrast in the typography used, both in the font and the size. It also shows hierarchy. The $49.99 is bold, bringing your attention to the price, and secondly the boldness of the black Friday and leading to the Kindle E-readers. Also, it shows contrast in the colors, using red and green and black and white. The design also used the rule of thirds to highlight an e-reader.
  5. What metrics (likes, shares, re-tweets, etc.) will be used to determine if the ad is successful? Comments, shares and buying of the product advertised.
